Do I need an account to use this GTA 5 map?
No. The map, the filters and the found/not-found checklist all work signed out, with no marker limit and no sign-up step. Your progress lives in your own browser, which is why clearing site data clears it. That is the trade for never asking you to register.
Does this map cover GTA Online?
Not yet. The categories here are story-mode content across Los Santos and Blaine County: collectibles, vehicles and missions. GTA Online has a separate content set that changes with its updates, and covering it means surveying it properly rather than relabelling story-mode markers.
Where does the marker data on this hub come from?
From players' own play: positions are read in game, cross-checked and filed under the category they belong to. Categories that still hold onboarding placeholder data say so on every marker in them, so surveyed positions are never mixed silently with generated ones.
Does the map work on a phone while I play?
Yes. It is a web page, so it opens in any current mobile or desktop browser with nothing to install, and the checklist follows whichever browser you use. Console on the screen and the map on a phone beside it is the setup most people run.
Is this an official Rockstar Games site?
No. This is an unofficial fan site, not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and Grand Theft Auto and all related marks belong to their owners. The map backdrop is stitched from our own screenshots, and no assets are taken from the game files.
