  1. · 2.00.00

    2.00.00 — Crimson Desert Enhanced

The game became Crimson Desert Enhanced, free for everyone who already owned it. The update threads new cutscenes and story moments through the main questline, adds voice-over in German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese, and adds Arabic interface and subtitles. It also splits skill progression per character: a new resource, Abyss Link, is granted to your other protagonists when one of them spends Abyss Artifacts, and skills can now be reset for one character instead of all three. No new region was added.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

Skill data is reset once on first launch and the spent resources are refunded, so an Abyss Artifact route planned before this patch still works — but what you unlock with it now applies to one character at a time.

  2. · 1.18.00

    1.18.00 — Quests become a knowledge category

Pearl Abyss described this one as fixes and stability, but it reorganised how the game records what you have done. Quests became a knowledge category with eight sub-categories, including Main Quests, Faction Quests, Investigation Quests, Archive Records and Constellations, and entries are granted retroactively for quests you had already finished. Research now costs camp funds rather than silvers, and animal knowledge can be gained by picking a creature up instead of killing it.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

A completionist checklist built before 15 August is missing eight quest sub-categories, and animal knowledge no longer requires a kill — worth re-walking the wildlife category with a different plan.

  3. · 1.16.00

1.16.00 — 133 trading posts and a Trade tab on the map

The largest change to the traversable world since launch, and it was shipped as a trading patch. Pearl Abyss added 133 new trading posts and seven wagon workshops across Hernand, Demeniss, Delesyia, Pailune, Tommaso, Urdavah and Varnia, plus 24 high-value and 4 regular trade goods. The map gained a Trade tab that shows posts, royal posts, workshops and wagon routes with filters, and prices now move when too much is sold in one place.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

Any trading route recorded before 1 August is out of date: there are 133 more destinations and seven intermediate workshops, and the profitable post is now the one that is hard to reach by wagon.

  4. · 1.14.00

    1.14.00 — Cross-save

Cross-save arrived, on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam and the Epic Games Store. Link the platforms to one account and a single save file follows you between them. This is the only online account feature Crimson Desert has: it is not co-op, and Pearl Abyss has not announced one.

  5. · 1.13.00

1.13.00 — Oongka and Damiane enter the Abyss

Kliff stopped being the only character who can enter the Abyss. Pearl Abyss also states, in the same notes, that the locations of Memory Fragments for certain rematchable bosses changed as a result — a straight move of interactive objects in the open world, shipped inside a character-access patch. The update also adds outfits and widens which equipment can be dyed.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

Memory Fragment positions recorded before 3 July can be wrong for rematchable bosses — this is the clearest example on this hub of why every marker carries the build it was surveyed on.

  6. · 1.10.00

    1.10.00 — Re-Blockade rework and two minigames

Re-Blockade gained Battle and Reconstruct stages, and you can now buy Protection for a major stronghold from the contribution assessor in its region to suppress re-blockades there. Two minigames were placed in the world with fixed locations: Pinball at the inn near the Delesyian Institute and Orb Roll at the Great Gate of Urdavah, both with their own reward tables. A Wyvern mount and a Kuku Bird Chick pet were added.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

Two new fixed destinations worth marking, and stronghold state is no longer static: a fort you liberated can be re-blockaded unless you pay for Protection.

  7. · 1.05.00

    1.05.00 — Boss rematches and re-blockades

Pearl Abyss's answer to a liberated continent running out of fights. Rematch lets you re-fight 69 bosses by lighting your lantern at the site of the original encounter and reading the Memory Fragment there — and those Memory Fragments show on the world map and the minimap. Re-blockade brings 13 factions back against 23 forts and quarries, at a frequency you set in the gameplay settings.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

This is the patch that made boss sites permanent map objects: 69 of them now carry a readable Memory Fragment, and 23 forts and quarries can flip back to hostile.

  8. · 1.04.00

1.04.00 — Difficulty settings, and ores and wells across Pywel

Easy, Normal and Hard were added to the play settings, five weeks after launch. Underneath that headline the patch redistributed the world: various ores and wells were added across Pywel, a well was added to Howling Hill, livestock vendors were placed across the continent, and Constabularies were added in southern Hernand and in eastern, western and southern Demeniss. Wells also gained icons on the map and minimap.

Qué cambió esto en el mapa

Ore and well locations surveyed in the first month of the game are incomplete: this patch added more of both across the continent, and the game started drawing wells on its own map.
